Last day of March

Here are the latest photos.  The car parks are nearly there and I see shop fittings being taken in to M&S plus we can see driving by that Frankie and Benny's looks like they are fitting out in a nice red colour.  It's all getting very very exciting:

 First photo above is M&S and the outside seating area.  The road has just been resurfaced too.

 The second and third photos show the smaller private shops and the car parking area adjacent to the sports centre.  Trees planted, air con in etc.  All looking top notch.

It's March - time flies

Here are the latest photos.  Flagstones are being laid and I have seen plenty of trenchwork for cables, CCTV etc.  There's still a way to go but it is all looking very good indeed.  The first picture shows the smaller non branded stores and the second shows M&S (our favourite) again.
